Electroforming with Nickel

The most exact method for copying metallic surfaces

Electroforming is a similar process as thick nickeling - with the difference that the coating can be separated from the surface after the process is finished.

By means of electroforming Nickel is deposited on a mandrel. The coat is free of pores and the thickness can reach several millimeters.

ELEKTROFORM uses electroforming with nickel in many cases: production of scraped heat exchanger tubes for the food processing industry, molds for plastics processing, molds for the optical industry, molds for the aviation and aerospace industry, etc.
