Torsten Kutschinski has over 30 years of international management experience. He began his career with the Navy, chosen to become part of one of the most highly-selective and respected officers' training programs of the German military.

After 12 years of gaining valuable leadership expertise, Mr. Kutschinski left the Navy as a Lieutenant to begin his career in the field of international management. He has held several key positions as CEO and Managing Director of mid-sized businesses with 800+ staff within the automotive, plastics and engineering industry.

Mr. Kutschinski has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Armed Forces in Hamburg.
